A native of New Jersey and Greenwich resident, Marje Vance Allocco joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2011, during its acquisition of a local boutique firm, Cleveland, Duble & Arnold, where she had been an Agent since 2002. Marje is a full-time real estate agent dedicated to providing a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the local Greenwich market. With a keen sense of this particular Greenwich market combined with her dedication to prompt and efficient service, Marje has earned the respect of her clients and colleagues alike. Whether working with a first-time buyer or a multi-million dollar seller, Marje always delivers informed, professional guidance from start to finish, resulting in successful transactions and satisfied clients. Additionally, Marje has an in-depth knowledge of home construction as well as a talented, dependable network of design professionals and tradesmen that she relies on for their expertise. Marje’s strong confidence in community keeps her actively involved and up to date with the concerns and issues of local residents. Marje effectively utilizes her variety of skills and resources, which keeps her ahead in this ever-changing housing market. Marje studied at Hampshire College and previously worked as a line producer/production manager for a commercial film company. She resides in Greenwich with her husband, Skip, where they raised their two children, a college senior and a college freshman. Marje plays an active role in the Greenwich community having served on the board of the Cos Cob Library as well as the Greenwich Women’s Club. Marje is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
