• Pending Sales: 50 homes pending, averaging 72 DOM.
• Closed Sales YTD: 459 homes (a 7.3% decrease) with an average of 68 DOM (down 28%).
• Sales Prices: Homes are selling at 100.84% of asking price, on average.
