☀️ July may be one of the busiest months for summer fun, but Fairfield County real estate didn't take a vacation.

I'm still seeing well-prepared homes attract strong interest, buyers finding success with the right strategy, and more homeowners starting to plan ahead for the fall market.

As we head into August, I expect things to stay active before the typical Labor Day slowdown, with momentum picking back up in September.

Every home has a story, and this one was all about finding the right fit. 🏡

Our clients were relocating from Florida to Connecticut and trusted us to help them navigate an area they had never lived in before. Their wish list was clear: a creative office space, a first-floor suite for Mom, private spaces for the kids, and a peaceful backyard where the family could truly settle in.
