This is an exciting one... my clients first started thinking about making a move last fall.  They weren’t in a rush, but wanted to find the perfect fit to upsize their home.  This beautiful home in the Terrain neighborhood of Castle Rock checked all the boxes and then some.

It started in December with a listing consultation, where we discussed my clients’ goals and timelines. We reviewed the process, discussed marketing and pricing strategy, and made our gameplan for their sale and next purchase.

I brought in my professional stager to help us prep every room just right so that my photographer could capture the perfect shot. Staging is proven to help homes sell for a higher price in shorter time... worth every penny!
