Everyone’s talking about The Federal reseve cutting rates by the end of the year…
But here’s the truth 👇🏽

📉 Just because the Fed drops rates doesn’t mean mortgage rates fall dollar-for-dollar. Mortgages do their own thing—they’re tied to the bond market, inflation, and a lot of Wall Street mood swings.

⚡️ The good news? Fed cuts usually create downward pressure, which means mortgage rates tend to follow. Sometimes it’s fast, sometimes it’s slow.

👉 So what does that mean for you as a buyer?
It means opportunity. Even a small dip in rates can unlock homes that once felt out of reach or save you thousands over the life of your loan.
