Good evening! Just a break down of what these numbers below actually mean. Coming Soon’s are homes that will be available For Sale soon. New Listings are the homes that came active in the past week. Homes Sold are the number of homes that have sold in the last week. Back on Market means that these homes were under contract and for some reason the deal didn’t work so they are available again. Price Increases means this amount of homes have increased their price in the past week and Price Decreases are the amount of homes that dropped their price in the last week. 😊

Hey Denver!
Here’s my weekly market update! Today I wanted to break down what’s been going on in the past two weeks. Homes coming soon have decreased by 24% in two weeks, new listings added in to the MLS also have decreased by 6%. Although homes that have came back on the market have increased by 18% as well as price increases increasing by 283%!! Homes sold decreased by 21% and price decrease’s have increased by 1.5%.
