🏠 Monday Market Musings 🏠

Did we see the market hit the bottom in December of 2022? We saw positive market growth in January with new listings up 65% month over month coupled with pending home sales jumping 51%. Combine that with mortgage purchase loan applications rising 29% due to mid-January rates settling down from 7.25% to 6.125% and we’re heading in the right direction. That said, in order for it to be a trend we’d like to see consecutive months with similar data.
