Protect your Buyers! Price is one thing we may not have a lot of control over..... BUT inspections are necessary! You don’t have to ask for anything to be fixed, but your Buyers need to know what they are investing their money in and safety for them and their family/pets/tenants!

Ask your lender: How soon can I close once I find a home? If their answer is more than 13 working days...You have more homework to do.

Other than price, Closing quickly and providing sellers the confidence that you will make it to the closing table, is your next best leverage.
