Job Description
Grillo Commercial Real Estate is continuing to grow and we are currently seeking candidates for a commission based commercial real estate broker position. New brokers will be assigned a Mentor from day one and be included on current lead to generate income while building their own prospects. The commission structure is very aggressive.
We offer a great work ethic environment, integrity and core values, as well as mentor support. We are looking for personable talent with strong communication skills, professional appearance, teachable, and a have a passionate drive to succeed.
Desired Skills & Experience
All new hires must complete their real estate courses and obtain a Colorado Real Estate License within 90 days of hire.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a back round check on State and Federal levels to obtain license
The right candidate must possess a strong desire to network, cold call, or go to businesses door to door
