I have not been the best at posting all my clients closing photos and wanted to post the last few, including my clients closing from yesterday where I made their dream come true with a ribbon cutting ceremony and popping champagne bottles (not pictured) ;)

The Denver real estate market has appreciated by 21.5% from January to June of 2021. That's only expected to continue with high demand for real estate here in the Denver-Metro area!
