"I own my home and 6 rental properties and I have used Steve as my realtor for the past 5 years. He has helped me sell 4 properties in Denver and he does an absolutely fantastic job. He prepared a complete and easy to understand analysis of each property's value. Several of the properties needed repairs and some touch up paint. Since I don't live in Denver, it was essential that I had a realtor that was able to handle everything for me. Steve has an impressive number of contacts that he can call on for very affordable repairs and painting. In addition to Steve's ability to get a property ready for sale ASAP, he has one of the greatest assistant I have ever dealt with. She coordinated the work with the title company and was sure to keep me in the loop as everything progressed toward the final closing. After the closing, she scanned all the documents related to that sale and emailed them to me. What a timesaver for me! I now have everything electronically.

I can't say enough good things about Steve and his assistant. I wish they lived here so I could continue to use them for any future real estate transactions that I have.

"Steve Mathews sold my father’s home for us. He was extremely professional from the first day I contacted him until the sale was closed.

I called him on a Monday while driving two hours to Denver. We had an appointment prior to my arrival.

Our first contract fell through but Steve contacted the second offer immediately and had them under contract within 48 hours.

His staff was very good at organizing the details for us (owner association, titles extra signatures we needed in another town, etc. )

He knew how to accommodate our request to use the home for a short period after the closing—although we ended up not using it. "
