Susie has been involved in real estate since 1996 – first as an investor, and then in 2004 getting her license to sell real estate. Susie loves selling homes and land, and specializes in fix and flip, short sales, foreclosures, and investment property. Later, Susie worked on retail residential homes and horse properties, and some farm and ranch properties. Susie is a highly experienced and successful real estate broker, and has closed nearly 300 transactions in the time she has been licensed.
