Did you know your Exclusive Right to Buy agreement can be created in two different places?

If you create it under the Contact, it stays with your buyer and can be reused for future offers—perfect when you're working with buyers who may submit multiple offers before finding the right home.

If you create it directly inside a Transaction, it applies only to that transaction and won't carry over to future ones.

Knowing when to use each option can save time and help keep your workflow organized.
