Wrapping up an extensive deck rehab. All new joists and ledgers, all new decking, hardware and stucco repair, and one beautiful new area to soak up some rays and grab a cold one from the bar! Another job where the clients were an absolutely pleasure to work for. Looking forward to the next project they call me for…. Master bath 😉

Part of a large renovation project we finished in Cherry Creek. The designer did a great job with selecting finishes and using stone for the surround on the bathtub, shower bench and partition wall. We also did updates on her kitchen, fireplace and half bath (not pictured) We took the project from concept to a finished product the client will enjoy for years to come!

2026 has started off strong!! There’s remodel and real estate in the air, and we thank God for these blessings. We have a client currently under contract to sell their gorgeous piece of land in Canon city, and multiple remodel projects under way. Anything from a complete home remodel including fireplace, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room in east Aurora, to a single shower upgrade in Castle Rock.

It’s been a long wait, but the market is starting to pick up! Congrats to my sellers, and to my buyers! Did you know a real estate agent can represent both sides of a sale?!? Making progress on the latest project. This is a multi room remodel. Fireplace, kitchen counters and backsplash, removing walls, feature wall carpentry, and much more. The biggest improvement has been a master bathroom renovation. With exception of the cabinets, everything was removed and started from scratch. Framing, plumbing, electrical and more. Loving the designers colors, tile and finishes. Once the stone pieces are installed we can finish the tile and grout. Can’t wait to share the finished projects!!

Wrapped up a fireplace and media center upgrade. This beautiful home was lacking character in the family room. Adding a travertine stone veneer, some acoustic paneling, and not missing a detail has given this room a cozy and elegant new feel. Great project! Great clients

These clients are looking ahead to a future sale of their home. Adding value and setting their home apart from the countless homes on the market. I will be representing them on the sale as their realtor, but until then they can enjoy a fresh new look in the family room!!

Down and dirty! 2.5 days from start to finish on this small project. Homeowner wanted to keep the flooring, but put in a new shower with actual tile. From demo to cleanup, we busted this out in 2.5 days to minimize disruption for this young family. Waiting on some custom glass, but this project is complete. On to some much larger projects!!

Wrapping up the Kitchen Island project. We did a full island replacement, also replaced all the perimeter counters in a beautiful low maintenance quartz. Came together nicely. Next step, all new flooring!!!
