She grew up helping her investor parents with fixing and flipping as well as buying and holding. You can truly say that real estate is in her blood. She is passionate about the industry and the quest to build wealth through investing. She is especially drawn to investing in vacation and short-term rentals and prides herself on being an expert, educating her clients interested in doing the same. Finding ways to care for, serve and bring value to her clients is always top-of-mind. With tenacity and drive, Danielle wants the best possible experience for her clients. Not only does she seek to know their wants and needs on a deeper level, she also strives to make them feel as though they always have her full attention and that they are the only ones she’s working with. It’s not unusual for Danielle to build life-long friendships with her clients. When she’s not studying floor plans or looking for great properties for her clients or herself, you will likely find Danielle spending time with her family watching her son and daughter play basketball and volleyball. She also enjoys spending time with friends crafting or at their cabin, riding ATVs and fishing. She’s drawn to crime documentaries, law enforcement ride-alongs, professional bull riding, personal development books and podcasts, 80’s music and micro pigs. While born and raised in Denver, Danielle has lived in several other states and was originally licensed as a Realtor in Indiana. Her most interesting travel experience was Japan, and still on her list are Fiji, Australia, and Italy with her mom to help her fulfill her bucket list. Danielle is inspired and motivated by author Rachel Hollis who is without judgment, obsessed with her clients, and possesses an admirable tenacity and drive. Rachel’s ability to be okay with failure and her unrelenting desire to get back up again keep Danielle motivated to always keep pushing ahead both personally and professionally. Above all, Danielle is most proud of her kids, marriage and what they have accomplished together.
