I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and an Economics Minor from the University of Northern Colorado (Go Bears). I also hold a number of Real Estate Designations including a GRI-Graduate of Real Estate Institute, CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert and E-Pro Certificates. My continued education provides me the opportunity to improve my knowledge and service to the Real Estate Community. Prior to my Real Estate Career, I held numerous positions over a 14 year period with Grease Monkey International in the Retail Automotive Services Industry from a Center Manager to a District Director and Regional Director of Franchise Operations. I am well versed in the processes of Home Ownership; from the Dreams of the First Time Home Buyer to the goals of the Home Seller Moving to their Dream Home to Downsizing to the Maintenance-Free Living of a Retirement Home. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE, I am prepared to help and deal with the difficulties facing Distressed Home Owners.
