I am from Colorado and have been working in real estate since 2000, representing both buyers and sellers. I am passionate about the industry and enjoy sharing my knowledge with clients to help them make good decisions. I have a master’s degree in business administration and have had my real estate license since 2001. I was born in Port Angeles, Washington and moved to Colorado when I was four year
s old. My mother worked for Mountain Bell, which is now Century Link and my father was a pilot for the U.S. Coast Guard. I was brought up as a Christian and am currently a leader at my church. I have two sisters, one a year older and the other an identical twin. My family lived in Arvada, Westminster, and eventually Aurora, where I graduated from Eaglecrest High School. After high school, I focused on obtaining my college education and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for a bachelor’s degree in business administration. During college I worked full time as a retail store manager, gaining valuable experience in professional sales and merchandising. Upon college graduation, I moved to San Diego to work in marketing developing brochures, advertisements, and other corporate communication tools. In 2000, I moved back home to Colorado. I continued to work as a free lance designer, helping companies like Interior Settings, an interior design firm, with their presentation and marketing collateral. At this point, I decided to further pursue these interests by becoming a real estate agent. I began working for RE/MAX Alliance and obtained my broker associate license. Initially, I focused on helping first time home buyers. During this time, I bought my own first home and enjoyed working with clients going through their first purchase. I also became very familiar with financing, foreclosures and HUDs, and the other details related to successfully closed transactions. Shortly after, I decided to start working with both buyers and sellers. My marketing background proved to be a strength in selling listings. I have continued to focus on my education by obtaining a master’s degree in business administration and completing other courses, such as the accredited buyer representative program, all to add to my knowledge base. I regularly tour listings to stay informed of the housing inventory and market. I live in the Denver Tech Center. Being involved in the community is important to me. Not only am I active at my local church, I also volunteer for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Selian Hospital. In my free time, I like spending time with friends and family, working on arts and crafts, working out, and just having fun. I love being a real estate agent and look forward to helping clients find the home of their dreams. I sincerely look forward to working with you! I specialize in helping clients throughout the southern Denver metro area, including Aurora, Centennial, Englewood, and Greenwood Village. I have specific market expertise in the East Orchard community: Cherry Creek Farm, Cherry Creek Vista, Lakeview and the Hills.
