S O L D ! ! 🏡

So thrilled for my buyer — we found his perfect home! So perfect in fact, that 5 other buyers thought the exact same thing and competing offer situation ensued 💥 Yes, competing offers still exist in this market when the house checks all the boxes, which this house absolutely did — ranch-style home, backing to Fox Hill Country Club, most amazing landscaping — just stunning! No one gets between their perfect home and my buyers so there's only one outcome — for the win! 🙌

6006 Fox Hill Drive

With interest rates finally dipping below 6% (HOORAY!!) I’m seeing a good uptick in buyer and seller activity. The spring market has officially arrived! Are you considering buying or selling this year? Let me know how I can help!

🏡 SOLD!! 811 Moffat Court, Castle Rock, CO 80108 | $1,250,000 🎉

I've never had a client give ME a gift at the closing table, it's always the other way around. My client was reluctant to do an open house, he felt we wouldn't get real buyers through. Sometimes that's the case, but in this slower market, I have found that many qualified buyers are indeed coming out to open houses, in fact my last two listings were sold after I held an open house. All it took was one more open house for this beautiful home and that's where we found the right buyer! My seller humbly ate his words and gave me this amazing cake at closing. It tasted as sweet as it looks! 😉

I love working hard for my clients and doing whatever it takes. Reach out if you are considering a move! Did I mention, I LOVE referrals?!

I love my clients! 2025 was not an easy year - there were many (MANY!) challenges but I like to be a team with my buyers and sellers and together we got through it. It was a surprise to learn that I came out in the top 10 for the year - so grateful! Thank you to friends who became clients and clients who became friends!

Looking forward to helping many more in 2026. My business is built on referrals so if you know anyone thinking of buying or selling, I would be forever grateful! 🙏 🏡
