WeeCycle is one of the incredible organizations that Emblem Real Estate is proud to support. They provide diapers, formula, clothing, and other essential baby items to families across Colorado who need them most.

Today, Emily and Stella brought their kids to one of WeeCycle’s family volunteer shifts, where they sorted clothing, labeled and packaged diapers, and pitched in wherever help was needed. It was such a powerful reminder how even small hands can make a big difference.

We’re so excited to welcome Sam Hochman to the Emblem family! ✨

All About Sam:
After teaching high school math, I had the opportunity to buy my first multifamily property—and went all in. I eventually found myself managing multiple buildings, taking on countless renovations, and running several Airbnbs—all a far cry from teaching, but I leaned in, figured it out and have learned so much. Along the way, I’ve created small, well-run communities with uniquely designed spaces, and developed a strong sense for where to invest, how to add value, and what makes a property actually perform. I also have a deep appreciation for Denver’s neighborhoods and what makes each one unique. I’ve spent years in the details of property management and renovations, and I’m now ready for the next step: brokerage. I’m a proud single mom to three daughters. When I’m not doing mom life, inspections, or real estate, you’ll usually find me on a golf course, camping in my sprinter van, or at the sauna—pretty much daily.

Is the Colorado real estate market crashing? Not exactly, but it is correcting. Prices in some areas are down a few percent, inventory is up, and homes are taking longer to sell. But it’s not a crash, it’s a correction. A much needed recalibration from the insane year over year rise in home values we were seeing between 2020-2022.
