A new chapter begins for FarmHouse Fraternity at Auburn University with the completion of its new home on West Thach Avenue!

Designed to complement the university’s traditional architectural character and adapt to the site’s significant slope, the new facility expands housing capacity while creating meaningful spaces for connection, learning, and chapter life. The project includes 24 two-person rooms, a commercial kitchen and dining room, chapter and media rooms, a house mother apartment, and flexible common areas.

Infrastructure improvements at Dreamview Luxury Suites in Estes Park, Colorado, went beyond supporting the development and helped restore a healthier, more functional Fall River.

Galloway’s civil engineering and water resources teams helped replace an undersized bridge with a new two-way crossing while restoring approximately 150 linear feet of river channel. By removing flow restrictions and incorporating natural channel features, the design improves hydraulic performance, enhances aquatic habitat and fish passage, and supports safer access to the development.

The result: infrastructure that works better for both the site and the surrounding environment.

Honey-toned cabinetry, natural wood flooring, rustic brick-inspired backsplashes, and subtle green accents reflect the colors and materials of the orchard landscape across 472 units. Meanwhile darker wood finishes and layered textures add a refined, hospitality-inspired feel to nearly 24,000 square feet of shared amenity spaces.
