For buyers, it could give you more options in your price point. Historically, there are over 30% more fresh listings in the Summer compared to the rest of the year.

For sellers, it can mean a better sales price. Data shows, on average homes sell for 4% more in the typical Summer month compared to usual month in the Fall or Winter (when demand typically falls off).

Congratulations to my amazing buyers on closing on an incredible home! 🏡🔑

This one was extra special. Not only did they find the home of their dreams, but they navigated canceled flights, little sleep, changing schedules, and all the unexpected challenges that can pop up during a real estate transaction. Through it all, they stayed focused and made it to the closing table.

One of the things I’m most proud of is advocating for them every step of the way. We negotiated hard in their corner and ultimately secured a deal that resulted in the appraisal coming in above the purchase price, giving them instant equity on day one. That’s a win every buyer hopes for.
