When something went wrong, chances are Pat was already on his way.
For 45 years in maintenance, he answered the calls most people hoped they wouldn’t get. He handled every challenge with patience, professionalism, and a sense of humor that made even the frustrating days a little easier.
For the last 10 years, we’ve been lucky enough to call him ours.
It’s impossible to put into words what he’s meant to this community. To our residents, he’s been the friendly face they could always count on. To our vendors, he’s been someone they genuinely enjoyed working alongside. And to those of us in the office, he’s been so much more than a coworker. He’s been like a big brother.
The photos in this reel tell just a small part of the story. Behind every one is someone who showed up day after day, cared deeply about the people around him, and left this place better than he found it.
Pat, thank you for the laughs, the stories, your steady presence, and the countless ways you’ve made Meridian Oaks a better place over the past 10 years.
