A few months ago, I was asked by a close friend of mine to join her “Visionaries of the Year” fundraising team. This evening at midnight my “Visionaries of the Year” fundraising campaign will start. I have been given the opportunity of a lifetime to help others and I am super excited!

Each year, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) launches its “Visionaries of the Year” fundraising campaign, and this year I was honored to be nominated as a candidate. I am posting today and will continue to post for the next 10 weeks to ask for your support of LLS’s mission in its efforts to find cures for blood cancers and to assist patients and families as they battle this disease.

From Kickoff APRIL 13, 2023, to Grand Finale June 22, 2023, our team goal is to raise $250,000 which will go directly to LLS in support of its longstanding goal: a world without blood cancers. If we raise $50K by June 22, 2023, we can connect our team’s name to an LLS-funded research portfolio to honor our efforts to help people with blood cancers.
