Please be advised that our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

Memorial Day Office Closure – 2026

The Sandstone Leasing Office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

Reminder: Valet trash services will not operate on Monday, May 25th and will resume on Tuesday, May 26th.

Residents may submit work orders and make payments through the resident portal. For emergencies, please contact the office and follow the automated instructions.

All non-emergency service requests will be addressed during regular business hours.
