The House voted 358-32 to pass the 21st Century Road to Housing Act on Tuesday night and now awaits the Presidents signature.

The bill's 45 provisions are aimed at cutting red tape and encouraging the construction of more homes. The bill also includes a ban on institutional investor homebuyers.
