School is officially out for summer, and that means I’ve got my favorite helper, my oldest daughter Maggie back in the office! ☀️📚➡️🏠

While most kids are enjoying a break from school, she’s spending some of her summer learning what it takes to build homes, serve customers, and run a business. From reviewing plans and organizing paperwork to visiting job sites, she’s getting a firsthand look at the construction industry.

At Hunter Creek Homes, we believe construction isn’t just for the boys. The future of our industry depends on strong, smart, hardworking young women stepping up and bringing their talents to the table. 👷‍♀️💪
