Hi everyone,
First, I just want to thank you for the trust you have placed in The Stoddard Funderburk Law Firm over the years. We sincerely appreciate every opportunity we have had to assist you with your various real estate needs.
After much thought and consideration, our firm has made the decision to limit new real estate closing requests to cash transactions, home equity lines of credit, construction loans and refinancing needs. We are excited to continue our real estate work in those areas while also expanding upon our estate planning (including, but not limited to, wills, power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney), seller representation, deed preparation (to include simple and complex) and title curing services.
We greatly value the relationships we have cultivated over the years with industry partners, trusted colleagues and of course, our clients. Our deliberate, concentrated focus in these areas of service will allow us to deliver to you the quick, top-notch, superior service that helped build this practice from its inception in 2017.
As the owner, I am extremely enthusiastic about our new business model and feel a renewed sense of energy and passion heading into this new phase. I hope all of you will continue along with us for the ride ☺️
