Living in an apartment complex with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations offers several benefits that can enhance the quality of life for residents. One of the key advantages is convenience. With access to EV charging stations within the apartment complex, residents no longer have to go out of their way to find a charging station when on the go, saving time and providing peace of mind.

What makes these charging stations unique is that a very high percentage of the electricity is supplied by our solar array. The recently installed solar array on the property supplies, on average, 60% of the electricity that the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Outdoor Kitchen/Dining Pavilion, and now the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations use.

The Charge Point charging stations offer the latest in efficiency, convenience, and technology for the user. An App on the user's phone alerts the user when a charging station is available. It also notifies the user when their vehicle has reached the desired prep-selected level of charge. Currently, Regency Park is offering free electric vehicle charging to its residents.
