Congratulations to both my seller and buyer on their recent closings!

A few years ago, I helped my seller purchase her first home, and recently I had the opportunity to help her sell that same home.

Today’s buyer came to me as a referral from a past client, and I had the privilege of helping him purchase his very first home.
