Who do you know? Here is a chance to significantly help lots of people:

I am wanting to help some highly skilled people who could use some work. Because one branch of my business helps financially distressed homeowners to avoid foreclosure, I often find myself in front of highly skilled and honest people that are in a rough season of life.

I also find myself in front of lots of people who need services but don't know who to call. This leaves them shopping blindly, with many paying for shoddy work. Seriously, Angie's List is not what it used to be.

So who do you know in the home services industry? (Contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, flooring guys, drywall, painters, tile, masonry, roofing, etc etc etc)

I'm only looking for this specific combination:
#1-Who is of the highest skills that you know who....
#2-would greatly benefit AND appreciate having a job sent to them? Whose life would be dramatically changed if they had several jobs sent their way?
#3-Who is of high character, reliable and full of integrity. (this doesn't mean perfect)

Oftentimes i help people in all sorts of difficult situations. And sometimes my job can be pretty thankless, but there are those rare times where my services are very much appreciated for being a critical part in helping make a family's dreams come true. FHA says they are staying open, funding and processing loans, while furloughing 96% of their workforce.......Hmmmm? If they can operate business as usual with 96% fewer workers, without interruption, i wonder how many other bloated agencies can function just fine with 96% less of their staff....Seems like there could be some solutions to our countries problems, rising to the top here...

We just found a $405 error on my client's closing statement for today's closing. If not caught it would have cost them. Closing statements can be confusing as there can be over 200 entries of numbers, amounts, debits and credits moving in all kinds of different directions. Do not hire a real estate agent unless you are confident that they can read, track and thoroughly understand attorney drafted documents AND know that they have the confidence to professionally approach the attorney about their error.

For more than 2 years, I have been telling people that there were financial incentives for banks to deny loan modifications and short sales, with the goal of driving distressed home owners into foreclosure.

Many of my real estate peers called me crazy. The great news is that i can now openly state this and not have to worry about being sued for libel or slander. Listen, i know some absolutely great real estate agents, but i know none that are tuned into the banking industry like myself and my mediation firm. Obama appoints California Congressman, Mel Watt, over FHA. The same guy who introduced a bill to let welfare recipients buy homes with out income verification back in 2002. What does this mean to your wallet? I'd expect you'll see more FHA loans made to people who have no business buying a home. Causing the appearance of a recovery, only to burst in the future and driving housing values down even further. Conclusion: Make sure you buy right. Your profit is made when you buy. Make sure you get seasoned consultative services.

Same housing mistake all over again. Half of the $5Trillion of mortgage debt in the US is either from the government or backed by the government. Conclusion?: FHA is the new Fannie Mae. This is just another shell game by Congress and the current administration.

Your 100 year history of mortgage interest deductions may be on the chopping block. Several bipartisan groups are saying that it has to go. This means that both parties are for eliminating the deduction. This could easily a $2000 loss or more annually for homeowners. So unless you can afford to lose $2000 each and every year. I would suggest you call your congressmen and senators. Below is an easy link to contact all of those guys.
