This beautiful new construction built by Westwood Cabins is officially SOLD — and I had the privilege of representing both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

My buyers were relocating from out of state, and we were able to secure this home under contract before it ever hit the market. 👏 That’s the advantage of having the right connections and staying ahead of inventory.

From coordinating everything long-distance to final walkthrough and closing day, it was such an honor to help make their move to South Carolina a smooth one.
