The Coffey Team Christi Coffey and Amanda (Coffey) Spicer are Indianapolis-based real estate agents anxious to help you buy a new home or sell your existing home!

We are a mother-daughter team, and LOVE it! We service real estate in the greater Indianapolis area, and Sweetwater/Cordry lakes. Rick and Christi Coffey began their real estate journey about 10 years ago. Prior to real estate, Christi ran CJC Designs, an interior design company. Her design skills help our sellers stage their home and make it "show ready" for those anxious buyers! And for our buye

After Rick moved to focus full-time on another venture (Barkefellers), Amanda stepped in to fill his shoes (tough!). She spent nearly 9 years in the wedding industry before that, and enjoys building relationships with her clients. Communication is so important in real estate! And, it's not always easy, but it must be constant. She works hard while raising her three kiddos with her husband, Alex. Finding that perfect home means looking beyond the details, or the pictures, in a listing. You have to understand how your client(s) LIVE in their space! Selling a home requires a little tough love....and maximum exposure. We market your property/listing through all avenues - online, TV, social media, print and more! We will get it SOLD!
