We are all officially over the white fluffy stuff outside ❄️
It was pretty… for a minute. But I think we’re ready for warmer weather and green grass days 🌱
I know my new puppy definitely is!

You may have heard that interest rates have dipped a bit lately. One thing that hasn’t dropped? Home prices.
Truth is—we don’t really know what’s coming next.

Rates could go up, down, or stay put.
Home values could do the same.

What we do know for sure is this:
Renting is 100% interest.

Renting used to be the cheaper option, but in many cases today, it’s actually more expensive—and you build zero equity. Equity is one of the greatest assets you can have, and it’s something renting simply can’t offer.

The good news?
Many lenders are offering solid rates and buyer incentives, and several new-home builders are rolling out great perks—like low-cost rate buy-downs and free upgrades.
