It’s not faster.
It’s not better.
It’s just shifting the work onto customers.

If there’s staff available to supervise, there’s staff available to serve.

Real service used to mean human interaction, efficiency, and respect for people’s time.

Now it feels like we’re doing the job… for free.

At some point, convenience stopped being about us — and started being about cutting corners.

And everyone notices.

The housing market is finally shifting in buyers' favor.

Home inventory is up, prices are down 2.4%, and mortgage rates have dropped to 5.98%, the lowest in over three years. More homes are available to choose from, prices are falling, and borrowing costs are cheaper, making spring an ideal time to buy.
