Brad Buczkowski - Realtor

Brad Buczkowski - Realtor All things Real Estate in Upstate South Carolina. Helping buyers and sellers for over ten years. Many times the transaction can become emotional and stressful.

Bradley has spent most of his life in the greater Greenville area where he still lives with his wife Lauren, their three boys Benjamin, Caleb, and Elijah, and daughter Eden. When Lauren was pregnant with their first son, they bought their first home without the help of a real estate agent and made some huge mistakes. When it was time for their next move, they had bad experiences with a couple of

different agents. These trying experiences are what led Brad to start a career in real estate. He believes that buying or selling a home is an important decision. His goal is to take that pressure off your shoulders so that you are able to make the best decision for your future, while enjoying the process. He realizes that having a quality Realtor on your side can make all the difference.

Average single family home sizes peaked in 2015 but the increase from 1985 to 2023 is still staggering. With home prices in our area still rising and mortgage rates settling in the mid 6% range, ask yourself how much square footage you really need. If you are thinking about buying a home right now, ask me about the benefits of a smaller home.
