In light of recent CDC Guidelines regarding Covid 19, our company and community are implementing the following polices and procedures:

1. The Fitness Center will remain closed until further notice.
2. There will be no package acceptance in the office at this time. Couriers have been instructed to deliver packages to your door.
3. While we know some things cannot be handled over the phone or via email, we ask that you try those avenues first instead of visiting the office. We will do our VERY best to assist you via email or phone!
4. If you are or have been recently sick, please let us know when calling or emailing in a service request. Please note we are on an Emergencies Only plan for service requests at this time.
5. We have an online portal for making rental payments and service requests online through Rentcafe.com. Email blasts through Rent Cafe are a means of vital communication with our residents. If you need to be sent an invite to create an account so that you receive vital information via email, please call the office at 864-968-9187 or email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you. Please remember not to submit an emergency service request online as our email and software are not monitored 24 hours a day by staff. Please call the office and follow the prompts to contact the technician on call for maintenance emergencies.
6. The office will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.

We thank you all for your patience and understanding as we do our best to limit exposure while continuing to provide the best customer service possible during this time. We will keep everyone updated via email and social media should any further changes be made. We encourage everyone to please continue to follow the CDC guidelines.
