Five years of ChuckTown Homes Greenville! 🥂✨

Today was such a fun celebration filled with food trucks, a gorgeous charcuterie table, coffee bar, chiropractor adjustments, an investor panel, an internet lead class, awards, giveaways, and so much more!

We were also lucky enough to celebrate alongside the owners of ChuckTown Homes and team leaders from many of our other locations, which made the day even more special. ❤️

But honestly, the best part was the people. A room full of some of the BEST humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I feel so incredibly blessed to be part of the ChuckTown family and to have met so many amazing people along the way.

Who you surround yourself with matters, and I can confidently say I’m surrounded by the best. 🥹❤️

🏡 Closing Day in Greenville! 🎉

Sometimes “maybe someday” turns into right now.
My clients already owned a home, but they were ready for a little more peace, quiet, and space. The very first day this home hit the market, we knew it checked all their boxes. We moved quickly and got them under contract with seller concessions to help with closing costs.

Then came the inspection report. 😳 There were some significant repairs that almost made them reconsider the entire move.
They trusted me to go to work for them, and I was able to negotiate over $10,000 in repairs to be completed by the seller. Today, they got to walk into their beautiful new home without the stress and headache of wondering how they were going to tackle those repairs. ❤️

I am so grateful for the trust they placed in me throughout this process. Being able to advocate for my clients and help turn a stressful situation into a successful closing is one of my favorite parts of this job.

And the sweetest part? Their daughter will now be purchasing their current home, keeping it in the family. 🥹❤️

Under Contract! 🏡🎉

Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, and that’s okay!

After inspections, my clients decided the first home we found together just wasn’t the right fit. Instead of settling, we kept looking. Just 2 days later, we found an even better match and now we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌

And the best part? They’ll be just down the road from their kids and grandkids in beautiful Travelers Rest. ❤️

I’m so excited for them and grateful they trusted me to keep searching until we found the one that felt right.

A little family fun in the Upstate! ❤️

We made a whole day of it! First stop was Trapped in the Upstate Escape Rooms in Greer for an escape room and we actually escaped with time to spare! 🙌🏼🔐

Then we headed to Saffron Greenville Restaurant for dinner before ending the night with ice cream at Crispý Cones 🍦

Good food, a little competition, lots of laughs, and time together…pretty much the perfect family day. ❤️

Today is closing day for my wonderful relocation clients, and I couldn’t be more excited for them! ❤️

They were dreaming of a home with more space, privacy, and room for their growing family...and this one checked all the boxes.

And the numbers made it even sweeter:

I’m honored to step into the role of Mentor with ChuckTown Homes Team | LPT Realty here in Greenville.

Real estate has taught me so much, and one of the things I love most is being able to share what I’ve learned, encourage others, and help newer agents navigate the highs, lows, questions, and everything in between.

I LOVE supporting local, but I especially love supporting local mamas! 🤍

Today I visited Grits, Grace, & Granola | Farm Stand & Homemade Goods in Greer, and y’all… I may have found my new favorite stop.

This locally owned and operated farmstand features goodies from local bakers and makers, and this weekend they’re celebrating ALL things apple. Because let’s be honest… I think we’re all officially OVER this heat and ready for fall. 😂🍁

I had the most amazing apple cider slushy I’ve ever had. It literally tasted like homemade applesauce… but FROZEN. 🤤🍎

And of course I couldn’t leave without grabbing:
🍎 Sourdough apple cream pies
🍎 Sourdough apple pie cinnamon rolls

There were SO many delicious options, and I honestly wanted to try them all! 😂
