Closing Day for this sweet couple! 🏡❤️
They have the sweetest story. Childhood friends from New Jersey who reconnected years later, fell in love, and are now starting an exciting new chapter together here in South Carolina.
Not only is she relocating to the Upstate, but they're also getting married next month! What an incredible season of life. From a new state to a new home and a new marriage, there is so much to celebrate.
I'm so grateful they trusted me to help them find the perfect place to call home and feel truly blessed to have been a small part of their journey.

Real estate keeps us all busy, but one thing we never lose sight of is the importance of our culture.

Today we stepped away from the phones, emails, showings, and contracts for some fun at Spare Time Greenville. These moments together outside of the office are what help cultivate the culture we all love so much.

🎉 Closing Day for this sweet first-time homebuyer couple!
I had the pleasure of getting to know Katie and Gabriel over the past few months and helping them navigate the home buying process for the very first time. They are truly two of the sweetest people I've had the opportunity to work with. So full of gratitude, patience, and trust throughout the entire journey.
This experience definitely came with its share of bumps in the road, but they handled every challenge with grace, and I am so thankful they trusted me to guide them through it all.
One of my favorite parts has been hearing Katie talk about the garden she's dreamed of having. Now she finally has a place to make that dream a reality. 🌱
I hope this home is filled with countless memories, laughter, love, and all the little moments that make a house a home.

Some journeys to home are extra special, and this one will stay with me forever. ❤️🏡
My clients, a retired veteran and now State Trooper and his sweet family had been searching for the perfect home for 4 years before we met. We truly went through the ups and downs together. Lost out on homes, faced bidding wars, and even walked away from one because I knew they deserved better than overpaying. There were moments they felt discouraged and exhausted from the process, but I kept reminding them that the right home was still out there waiting for them.
The second they walked into this home, they knew. This was “the one.” And suddenly every disappointment along the way made sense.
It was worth the wait. ❤️

So excited for my first-time buyer who is officially UNDER CONTRACT on this beautiful home in Greenville! 🏡✨
Just one week ago, he came to me and said, “The landlord of the house I’ve rented for the last 4 years just gave me a 30-day notice to move out… and I think it’s a sign to buy.” He wasn’t pre-approved yet, but he had a vision, a goal, and a very specific area of Greenville he wanted to be in. He told me, “I know it’s really ambitious.”
My response? “I love ambitious.” 😉
Within less than 24 hours, we had him connected with a lender and pre-approved. I sent over a list of homes that matched exactly what he was looking for, and over the next two days we toured his favorites. Then we found “the one.”
Now, less than a week after meeting, he’s on his way to homeownership AND will be out of his rental in time without missing a beat. 🙌🏼
Stories like this one are why I love this career 🙏🏼

🎉 Started the day off with a closing. This one is a bit different. No closing day picture this time because my clients haven’t made the move from New York to their forever home in Greer just yet 🏡 But today was still such a special day. I’m so excited for them to get here, settle in, and enjoy their beautiful new home and the peace of that serene backyard.
