Santa Clause is coming to town- He will be at our office 2-5 Saturday December 2nd.
40 NW 2nd St. Gresham, OR 97030.

(If you know, you know -if you have visited Santa at Clackamas Town Center in the last 3 decades you will have photos with this Santa, he has come out of retirement to visit with kids of all ages at our office to enjoy some memory making!)

Spread the word… this a free event. You can use your own camera or phone to take photos with Santa.
We are here to spread some holiday Joy with all!

There will be raffle baskets for each adult to enter for a chance to win.
We are also giving away 10 Christmas trees first come first serve (one per group).

Tree lighting in the arts plaza is 5-6:30.

First closing of the year and it is a sweet completion for my amazing sellers and the new owners! This house had a sale fail in the first sale, the day before closing. Talk about a kick in the real estate guts. My sellers hung in there knowing that their wonderful house would sell and trusting us to make it happen. Along came the lovely buyers who dreamed of expansive gardens and a view! Well this was a match made from the beginning! We closed today- welcome to real estate 2022! It is going to be another amazing year!
