Feel free to drop in with an unwrapped toy, make some coffee or cocoa, and say hi! Toy drop will be available through 12/15/25. 🎁 🌲 ✨ 🎅

Happy Independence Day!

As a reminder, we do not allow fireworks and/or sparklers to be used on the property. Please enjoy fireworks and sparklers off the property.

The Leasing Office will be closed on Thursday July 4th. We will reopen July 5th.
(Late Fees are extended to July 6th due to the bank holiday July 4th)

Attention Residents:
The Leasing Office is closed due to the weather conditions.
Please call Maintenance Emergency (503) 680- 4240 if you witness the following:
- Downed Trees
- Building Damaged (Car crash into building, tree fallen on building, etc.)
- Water Intrusion

Please remember to keep your faucets dripping, under sink cabinets open, and heat on.

If you have lost power, please contact Portland
General Electric.
