So what is the buzz all about 🤔
Big changes to the real estate industry later this week.
The SHORT AND SWEET 🍰

Agents will NO LONGER be allowed to show homes to a buyer without entering into an agreement prior. This is the LAW❗️ There are steep fines to agents who decide they will not abide by the new rules ‼️ Buyers make sure you pick your agents wisely. It will be more important than ever to have an agent who is knowledgeable about the recent changes. Please know what you are signing 🖊️

Sellers- the MLS ( Multiple Listing Service)will prohibit us from advertising any compensation to the buyers brokerage/agent. Remember, you might still be asked to pay compensation to a buyers agent but this will now be mentioned in a purchase agreement.
The Department of Justice wants to ensure transparency in who pays whom in a real estate transaction. Compensation has been and still is negotiable.
These changes are to protect both buyers and sellers alike.
