Joe and Kristina Philbin are no strangers to the real estate and building industry. Born and raised in Omaha Nebraska. Kristina has been in the land development and home building industry since she was 16 years old and has represented home builders and assisted in the build of over 500 homes in the Omaha Metro. She has also been involved of development of over 30 area subdivisions. Joe is an electrical contractor owning Powered Up Electric, Inc. Together they have envisioned a new take on home building; with the consideration and understanding what it is like to be a subcontractor for large home builders and the knowledge of understanding the buyers expectations when looking to build a new home they have come together as husband and wife to build homes with buyers needs in mind and create a smooth build process from start to finish.
