The community features the historic Union Hotel Sierra Retreat (open for groups), along with cabin rentals, a resort, a general store, deli, gas station, gift store, tavern, and a small museum. La Porte is accessible from Quincy via the La Porte/Quincy Road (unplowed in winter) or year-round from Marysville via Highway 20 and County Road E-21.

Thursday: 3:00–8:00
Friday: Noon–10:00 or later depending on customer count
Saturday: 11:00–10:00 (same as Friday)
Sunday: 11:00–8:00
Monday: 11:00–6:00

Hours may change without notice. If we have no customers🤷🏻‍♀️, we may close a little early. If you’re here (and the crowd’s 🥳rolling), we’ll stay open later.
