Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸 Here’s to the work that gets us where we’re going, and the homes we get to enjoy when we get there. 🏡✨

Homeownership is often the result of years of hard work, saving, sacrifice, and determination. And that deserves to be celebrated.

Today, I’m celebrating every client who has worked hard to make a home of their own possible, every client who trusted me to be part of that journey, and all the future homeowners still working toward their dream.

Because sometimes the best part of the hard work is finally getting to come home to it. ❤️

One client. Two contracts. One BIG next chapter.

We’re officially ✨UNDER CONTRACT✨… twice!

One home is under contract to sell, and the next one is under contract to buy, all with the goal of getting my client closer to the people who matter most: FAMILY. ❤️

There’s a lot that goes into coordinating a sale and purchase at the same time, and I’m so excited to help make this transition as smooth as possible from one front door to the next.

Next stop: CLOSING DAY!

✨JUST SOLD!✨

Earlier this year, I helped this client’s parents find their home, and their referral brought me their daughter. Somewhere along the way she became a friend, and today, I got to help her purchase a NEW CONSTRUCTION home right down the street from her parents!

I’m so grateful for the trust, the referral, and the friendship that came from it. Congratulations, my friend! Here’s to making this beautiful new house HOME!

Somewhere between the paperwork, the punch list, the decisions, and all the “are we there yet?” moments… my client became one of my new favorite people. And now I get to watch her walk into a beautiful NEW home that she worked hard for and deserves every bit of.

I may have started as her REALTOR®, but I’m leaving closing today with a friend. And honestly… I’m pretty sure this won’t be the last adventure we have together.

Now let’s go get those KEYS! 🔑
