We are CLOSED on this beauty in Hammond, Indiana. Not only are the Bears moving there, so are others. In real estate you have some turns and detours during a sale, but you navigate as an agent to make it happen with honesty and integrity. This deal was no different, but we crossed the finish line today and our client was satisfied with our service and work we did.

All closings are special. Every deal is special.... But for Menia MJ Morris to pick us to represent her, spoke volumes to us. She has a large real estate back ground and could of pick anyone she knew from her past business. ( Her contacts are huge) But we are so humbled she chose us. We aren't the most seasoned. We aren't the most savy. Our social media is below average. So I ask her why at our first meeting? Her response " you and tina are my bro and sis in Christ. 😢😢😌

Soooooooo Today's story is unbelievable. But GOD!!!!!!

We went under contract on a home on a Tuesday. Next morning 5am I got a text that Menia MJ Morris didnt feel that was home. Couple circumstances made it not feel like "home". So we are people of FAITH, I said no problem I will get us out the contract. Thursday we go look at a house that was BIGGER but cheaper 5 blocks away. We met at 5pm. By 5:10pm we knew.

We had a family prayer in the house before we all left. I wrote the offer. Less money. And they accepted. WAIT......... The house is valued ALOT MORE than what we negotiated and got under contract for. BUT GOD.

So today at closing we knew it was for her. The seller told us we were the 5TH buyer. And every deal kept falling apart for different reasons. Tina told them, the house was for our client. BUT GOD.
So she got a bigger home. Cheaper. And valued more than what she paid.

WAIT!!!!!!! SHE DIDNT NOT ONLY PUT NO MONEY DOWN, SHE WALKED AWAY WITH A LARGE CHECK!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

**** WARNING LONG POST****

We met this young couple YEARS ago (Liam & Carla) at Anthem Church. (CLC Hammand at the time). We were in a marriage group with them. We were new to the church and just started meeting new people. But they we cool with us. We end up meeting their parents and became part of the regulars we got to know and considered friends/family.

Fast forward years later (about 3 years later) and we were teaching a financial peace class at church. It came up that we were new realtors. No business. No leads. No deals. Just a couple holding a license chasing God's leading in this new venture. Liam says "I dont know when but when we buy our first home we gonna use you guys". We appreciate the words. We hadn't had anyone tell us that. And over time we hear that, but you take it as a compliment but leave it there until it because real. We changed some business decisions based off a word that pastor Sam Hamstra brought. Then Liam referred his best friend last year and he looked at one house and bought it. Liam was happy for his friend and rightly so. Then our business changed for the better.

Fast forward to this year in February Liam called to ask questions about mortgages and information on rates and payments. I send him to Rachel Zea . Then before I knew it get a email with pre-approval letter and we looking houses.

Then today it happen. Our "first clients" held true to a word 3 years ago and closed on their first home. We are so happy for Liam Wallace and Carla Wallace . We thank you for trusting us and taking it a step further by referring us and being one of loudest cheerleaders. We pray this home brings your growing family memories for years to come.
