HAPPY CLOSING DAY! 🏡

This closing comes with a heartwarming story... My buyers have been on the hunt for their perfect home for about two years, but recently they got serious. When this gem hit the market, they knew it was the one, and I sprang into action.

We submitted an offer CONTINGENT on the buyers LISTING their current house. In this market, it was a RISKY move, but with clear and solid communication between myself and the listing agent, we made it happen.

The contingent offer was accepted, the contingency was lifted within 7 days, and the contingent property closed before this one, with 4 days of post-closing possession at NO COST. We even negotiated PRE-CLOSING possession of the new property. I am so proud of how smoothly this process went and thrilled that my buyers are finally in their NEW HOME!!! 🎉🏡
