In November of 2022, I was introduced to sweetest couple you will ever meet. They were in the beginning stages of looking to relocate to Des Moines to retire and to be close to family. So we started the process with setting up land searches, and walked lots all over the metro. A cul-de-sac lot in Willow Hills North in Grimes, backing to a pond with no neighbors behind them is where their story began.

Once the lot was purchased, plans were drawn, bid out & construction started. We may have had a little bit too much fun at selections meetings🤣, but in all seriousness, the home is absolutely stunning. 👀 All that's left is for them to move in and make it their own.

A huge thank you to Carol for referring these two to me. It truly means so much and I am thrilled that you guys are just a few minutes away from each other now!
