About 12 years ago I had a job out of high school delivering cars for an auto auction company. It would be a little van of us just having a crazy time delivering nice a$$ cars we really had no business delivering lol

I met a good friend there and over the past 4 years or so we’ve walked through a handful of houses, waiting for the one that actually felt right. Nothing really ever stuck out…until now!

We found the house and didn’t just get it, we beat out 3 other offers to make it happen and I got them sellers concessions to keep more money in their pockets!! 🤑

Moments like this are why I do what I do. Helping a good friend win on something this big just means much more!
