Oh ma, catching up on some sales sore bear with me this next week. This was a great success story. Listed with a big name in the biz who couldn’t sell it for years. Years I tell ya. Well it took me a month and we received multiple offers on the property listing it $75k above the last agent which got us an offer well over asking, cash. I put a lot of hard work into it, relocated an old car for a neighbor, made some friends and drove my mower 20 mins down the road to mow the lawn that was up to my waist. All in all this one was a blast and I was lucky enough to help the buyer as well as the seller. Can’t wait to see the dream home he builds here.
