I read that the Feds are lowering the interest rates 1/4% this week. That will be great. Every little bit helps, however it would be nice if they could get to 3-4% again. I will post any information I get.

3.Marriage Certificate (if last name different from s***e)
4. Divorce Decree &/or any Court Order Child support.

B. Income Documents
A. If W2 Employee
1. 30 days most recent paystubs
2. W2'S from all jobs in past 24 months. If you get OT, Bonus,
Commission, also need year end Paystubs from past 24
months.
3. Have a 2 year employment timeline ready (Company name,
job title, address, phone, start & end date.
C. If Self-Employed or Using Income from Pensions, SS/Disability,
etc.
1. 2 Most Recent Yrs. Tax Returns
2. 1099 Tax Documents to cover 2 Years
3. For Pensions, SSI, SSID, & VA Disability, need the Award
Letter for the current Year
4. If using Child Support or Alimony:
* Proof of 3 most recent months on time payments. (Can't
used if not paid on time)
* If Union Worker: Letter of Good Standing
* If Veteran: DD-214 or Certificate of Eligibility
* If Active Duty: Points Statement
* If Using High School or College Education to Help Cover a
2 Year work History
* Official School Transcripts

D. Aset Documents

Just a bit of information:
I am NOT an attorney but I do know it is very important to make sure that your property will transfer to your loved ones when you pass away. Thus eliminating the process of probate which is time consuming and costly and can be difficult to deal with. The good news in Ohio is, you don't need a will or deal with probate in order to transfer your property. You can execute a Transfer on Death Affidavit to assign a beneficiary or beneficiaries to whom your real estate property will be transfered to upon your death.
