Yesterday I had the pleasure of helping the sweetest young couple close on the purchase of their lot. Seeing their 😃 as they closed on this piece of dirt made my ❤️ so happy. Today it is just dirt but soon it will be their forever place.
Step 1 in their dream of homeownership ✔️
Step 2 is in process as they are planning the build of their dream 🏡

Just closed with the sweetest buyer on her 🏡! It was a journey with a few bumps and hurdles to jump but we made it to the finish line! Buying is a marathon not a sprint sometimes.
She stayed the course, was on top of everything needed during the process, and had an amazing agent by her side.

Friday I closed a week ahead of schedule on the sweetest couples new 🏡. Their agent was amazing to work with, even helping them tear down the shed in the back yard so they can put up a fence for their fur babies 🐕.
Today I closed on 2 refinances for some current clients who have become friends. Thank you for trusting me again.
This afternoon I closed a new 🏡 purchase for a woman who I adored working with. She stole my heart and went straight to friendship.
